Terms & Conditions
The hirer shall be responsible for their guests behaviour, and for any damage or acts of vandalism within the club boundaries.
Tees & Hartlepool Yacht Club accepts no responsibility for the personal possessions of the hirer, their guests and any outside catering or entertainment equipment on the premises.
The hirer to ensure that if using outside catering or entertainment are adequately insured.
The cost of room hire to be paid in full seven days [ 7 ] before the event.
In cases of cancellation within seven days of the event, Tees & Hartlepool Yacht Club reserve the right to make a charge to cover administration and loss of booking.
